Vacation photos!

We won't bore you with the details of our trip to Minnesota, but we wanted to share some pictures. Our vacation included a visit to the Mall of America, a Minnesota Twins baseball game, the A'Maze'n Farm, cupcakes from Cupcake, a pontoon boat ride and time with family. We had a fantastic vacation!

Family vacation and back to work

Sorry we've been M.I.A. We just returned from a vacation to Minnesota to visit MN's family. We had a lovely time in the land o' 10,000 lakes and will be sure to share photos of our adventures soon!

In other news, Lucky starts her new job at GA Tech next Tuesday - HOORAY! Crazy part is we'll both be working in higher education, which was our goal when we moved here one year ago. It's funny how life gives you what you ask for.... Hmmm, I'd like a trip for two to Spain please. (I'll let you know if life delivers on the request.)

Anyway, hope you're enjoying summer and all life has to offer. We love you, we miss you and we're sending you lots of love and hugs across the miles....the girlz

Choosing paint colors is H-A-R-D

Here are some photographs of my birthday weekend, which included a trip to the Atlanta Botanical Garden.

Also included are some sneak peeks of our recent painting project. As you will see from the kitchen, we tried several different color options. Thankfully we're thrilled with our final choices throughout the condo.

Pictures of the finished condo are upcoming. I've been waiting to post them until after we hang artwork and photographs, but who knows when we'll make a decision about what gets hung where, so perhaps pictures of the condo with bare walls are in order soon.

Hope you're enjoying summer as much as we are! As always, we're sending lots of love and hugs across the miles...the girlz
