At long last...

Here are pictures of our new place! We're still not finished with the furnishings (we're on the hunt for a dining table and chairs) and the paint (we're not too fond of the Barbie doll skin color on the walls), but with each passing day our new place feels more and more like home.









In other news, we've found a yummy donut place called Sublime Donuts near the Georgia Tech campus. The donuts are dangerously good. I mean, look at that picture! Doesn't it make you want to take a bite out of your computer screen?









For those of you who are keeping track, we have now found our favorite Atlanta cupcake place - Atlanta Cupcake Factory - and our favorite Atlanta donut place. Saint Cupcake in Portland is still tops on our list of cupcake bakeries, but Sublime gives our favorite Seattle donut joints (the little donut place at Pike Place Market and Top Pot Donuts) a run for their money. We're still on the hunt for a local pizza place that rivals Pizza Oasis in Portland..... It's a tough job, but we're up to the challenge.

Busy-ness has smacked us square in the face.

We're still here. It's just been a crazy few weeks, what with the house-buying and the traveling to Savannah and the packing and the moving and the unpacking and the trips to Ikea.... We'll be posting photos of our new pad really, really soon. Promise. Please be patient with us.
